Once you are compliant, the questionaire will be good for 1 year and then you will have to redo the entire process.

On the one year anniversary, merchant will have to take the questionaire again. However, the system will have the previous year's answer. If nothing changed, they just save the questionaire again and attest. It is much faster to answer on year two.

If your business is using wifi, or IP you must also do QUATERLY scans of their network.
